OUR STORY

Hi, I’m Shayla, the founder of What If Network.

For years, I have helped people and organizations think through “what if” moments: what happens when plans change, systems are interrupted, or life does not go the way we expected.

That work has shaped me. But so has real life.

I know what it feels like to carry responsibility, manage competing needs, care for others, and still have dreams, ideas, and questions quietly sitting in the background. Over time, I began to notice that many of us are not only looking for better plans. We are looking for room to breathe, room to reflect, and room to remember what is still alive in us.

WIN grew from that place.

It began as an experiment in everyday resilience and preparedness. But the deeper question has always been:

What if people who do a lot for others still have dreams that deserve room?

WIN is my response to that question. It is a space for stories, small experiments, reflection, and lessons learned along the way.

A thoughtful note for curious people who are still exploring, trying, and discovering.

Start with one story, one question, or one small experiment. No pressure. No catching up. No need to have it all figured out.
